Booking a tour is quite easy. Navigate though the website and when you see something you like, click on check availability first. That will take you to our calendar, that shows all the dates and times of the activity.
You will never see available spots for the same day, and in some cases ( tours) not even for the next day or the day after. But that does not mean we dont have room for you. It was designed to do that in purpose, so customers can call us to confirm availability.
If you decide to reach us via whatsapp, please note that sometimes an answer can be delayed, in case we experience a high volume of messages. Sometimes we have 10 customers talking to one representative at the same time. Sometimes, the connection fails and the response can take longer, so please be patient when talking to us via WHATSAPP.
Calls are answered from Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
E-mails are answered from Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Whatsapp calls and messages are answered from Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
On weekends we answer calls from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on SATURDAY, and ONLY E-mails and Whatsapp messages on SUNDAY.
If you are calling from overseas, please dial 55 (country code) + 21 (area code) and then any of the numbers displayed in our website. For EMERGENCY calls after or before business hours, you may call between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM at 96479 7414 ( whatsapp) or 98290 1980 (mobile).
So the steps to book a tour are:
1- Choosing the tour:
Choose the tour you like and click on CHECK AVAILABILITY to have access to our calendar
2 – Paying for the tour:
After you decide that you want to purchase the tour, choose day and time and then fill out the booking form.
After you are finished, you will check out and be directed to PAYPAL to pay the deposit for the tour.
PAYPAL will process it and send you an e-mail with your receipt while our booking system will send you an email confirming the booking then soon after a PDF TICKET ( voucher). Please print it and take it on the tour date, or keep it in your mobile and show it to the guide at the start of the tour.
Payments are processed by Paypal, outside our website environment. If you payment does not go through for some reason, please contact Paypal. We have no control over the payments and it is all done by them.
You will be able to pay the deposit using your credit card and with e-checks, but remember that e-checks take at least 5 days to clear, so if you wish to book a tour for the next 5 days or less, we can only accept credit card payments as it clears almost instantly. In case the customer lives in Brazil and have a bank account here, he or she can transfer money to our bank account.
We do not accept payments over the phone, nor in our office. Please don`t insist.
Deposits range from 20% to 50% the tour price, according to the group size and tour. The amount is displayed at the top of the booking form, in red. Remainder is ALWAYS paid in cash to the guide in charge, at the start of the tour.
We do not require full payments up front but if customers require that, we have to apply a 7% surcharge over the regular or the agreed tour price.
In case we confirm tour availability today, for an activity that will take place tomorrow , we need the down payment to be made within one hour after we send the invoice, otherwise, the booking will not be confirmed and the tour will be canceled.
Remember, your booking is only confirmed after we process your payment ! Until then, we can`t guarantee your spot !
3 – Terms and Conditions
Make sure you read our terms and conditions before booking a tour so you know all details about your activity (what is included, schedules, duration, rules and etc).
Some tours require minimum groups of 02 people so If you are traveling alone and wish to join our upcoming tours, just check our list of upcoming activities , pick one and click on BOOK IT NOW ! In this case you will not need to send a request for availability because the tour is already booked.
