Arrive & Check-In: We’ll meet you at our hangar in Barra da Tijuca (about a 45-minute drive from Copacabana) 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
Settle the Details: Once you arrive, our friendly staff will help you settle your remaining balance and sign the standard flight manifest.
Meet Your Pilot: Next, we’ll walk you out to the helipad to meet your pilot, take some quick photos, and get settled into the aircraft.
Takeoff & Return: Enjoy your epic flight over Rio! Afterward, we’ll bring you right back to our hangar to wrap up the tour.
Double-Check Your Hangar Location: We actually operate out of two different helipads in Barra da Tijuca (one inside Jacarepaguá Airport, and another at Avenida das Américas 13750). Please check your booking voucher closely so you know exactly which location to drive to!
How Pricing & Payments Work: The prices for the private flights listed below are split into two parts. You’ll pay a R$ 249.00 deposit per person online today to lock in your reservation. This is an upfront payment, and the remaining balance will be paid in person on the day of your flight.
Card Fees: Just a quick heads-up—if you choose to pay your remaining balance at the hangar with a credit or debit card, a 5% processing surcharge will be applied.

Maximum Weight:
For the Robinson 44 helicopter, the combined weight of the 3 passengers cannot exceed 350 kilos

Remember that you don’t need to check availability with us before you book the tour. Our calendar will display our availability for this tour. Usually our cut-off time ranges from 12 HS to 48 HS ,depending on the tour. In case you wish to book this tour for tomorrow and can’t see the availability on the calendar, please contact us using the whatsapp button and we will be happy to help. Remember that during the check out process, you will be directed to PayPal for the payment. It you don’t have a PayPal account, you can easily open a free account in a few minutes. All you need is to use your email, create a password and add a credit card to your new account. If you don’t want to open an account, you will not be able to pay with a credit card, and will only be able to pay via local bank transfer( PIX).
We cancel the flights in case of poor weather, heavy rain, low ceiling and storms
In case the clients fail to arrive on time, we can try to fit them in a next available schedule that same day, but we are not obligated to. In case we cannot fit them, we will not be able to refund the deposit paid.
