Your Flight Day: What to Expect

• Arrival: Meet us at our Barra da Tijuca hangar 30 minutes before your flight time. (Plan for about a 45-minute Uber ride from the Copacabana area). Our exact location will be displayed on your ticket.
• Check-In: Our crew will get you checked in, settle your remaining balance, and have you sign the flight manifest.
• Meet Your Pilot: Head out to the helipad, grab some pre-flight photos with the chopper, and strap in.
• Liftoff: Take off for your private flight over the city, then land right back at our hangar to wrap up the experience.

Need to Know

• The Deposit: You only pay a R$ 249 deposit per person online today to secure your reservation. The deposits are paid IN ADDITION to the flight price.
• The Balance: The remaining balance is paid at the hangar on the day of your flight.
• Skip the Card Fees: Bring cash for your remaining balance to avoid the 5% credit card processing fee.
