It  provides a large variety of  benefits when compared to driving cars, including the physical exercise required, and the fact that it  reduces the consumption of fuels, and traffic jams as well.

Our Biking Tour in Rio is one of the best ( and greenest) ways to get to know the city, giving you a closer approach to its astonishing landscape and to its people, without harming the environment. Our tour starts from the Jockey Club main entrance, by Santos Dumont square. From there we go by van to the Chinese View, inside the Tijuca Forest. The ride starts from there, towards the Emperor`s Table for about 1 km, then a long descent of 4.5 km to the main entrance of the national park, in Alto da Boa Vista neighborhood. Once there, we visit the Taunay waterfalls, the Visitor Center and the Açude da Solidão ( Solitude lake). We return the same way, passing again by Emperor`s Table, Chinese View, all the way down to the Botanical Garden, for about 5.5 km. Tour continues towards Arpoador beach, passing by the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, Ipanema beach and finally, Arpoador.


Around  5 hours round trip. Total of 23 km.
