Types of Fishes that can be found in Rio´s Coast and Islands:

Anchovy, Mullet, Marimba, Xylema, Xerelete, Xareu, Grouper, Sea bass, Whiting, croaker, Pampo, Dorado, Sole, Dog's Eye, and many others. Of course, some of those you can find at certain times of the year only. Sizes of fish on the coast and islands are usually smaller than the ones caught in deep sea fishing. Average sizes range from 20cm to 50 cm around the coast.
